President & Chief Executive Officer

Heath Hawker drives Synaptix Systems’ strategic direction, company objectives, operating plans/policies and overall financial performance. He has extensive experience in building and managing technology organizations, in delivering value-added software products & services, and in leading high-growth profitable businesses. Under Mr. Hawker’s direction, Synaptix revenues have increased over 200% and the company has forged solid relationships with global firms such as UnitedHealth Group and Bank of America.

Prior to Synaptix, Mr. Hawker was President of $5M supply chain software firm Elario Incorporated. Mr. Hawker built key relationships with Fortune 500 customers such as International Paper and Procter & Gamble en route to growing Elario revenues 100+%, operating profits 500+%, and then successfully negotiating the sale of the company’s software intellectual property to Fortune 250 acquirer MeadWestvaco Corporation (NYSE: MWV).

Previously, Mr. Hawker was Chief Technology Officer for application service provider Tivix, Inc., where he created & implemented the company’s technology vision, strategy and product plan prior to acquisition by a leading competitor. He has also held senior management positions with AT&T Wireless Services Inc., Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting LLP, $55M systems integration & software development firm Nexgenix Inc., and $15M manufacturing process management software company iBASEt Inc.

Mr. Hawker studied Industrial Engineering and Computer Science at Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), respectively, and was a Rhodes Scholar finalist.
