Synaptix Systems Designs and Implements Information Technology Process & Business Infrastructure Solution for $1.3B Mortgage Lending & Financial Services Company

With rapid growth in the business over the previous decade, the mortgage lending & financial services company had outgrown processes, systems and communication mechanisms that were initially designed to accommodate ‘smaller-scale’ operations. As a result, gaps in these processes/systems and in communication between IT and its business unit customers were causing significant operational issues.
