Synaptix Systems Leads ‘Voice of the Customer’ Program Implementation for major Government sector Healthcare Client

In order to better understand the needs and feedback of its members, Synaptix Systems’ client decided to roll a number of its member-facing projects into an over-arching ‘Voice of the Customer’ program. This program includes projects spanning functions like Member Services & Support, Information Technology and Provider Management. Synaptix Systems team members have partnered with our client’s team to deliver projects that include the deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center technology and the Teladoc virtual care (telehealth) solution.
