Synaptix Systems Leads Medicaid/Medicare Program Implementation for Fortune 500 Healthcare Customer
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, California – June 22, 2015 – Synaptix Systems Inc., a leading strategy and solutions firm that helps clients understand & maximize return on their information technology (IT) and project investments, today announced the successful leadership of an engagement to roll out a State-wide Medicaid/Medicare program on behalf of a Fortune 500 Healthcare organization.
After winning a recent Medicaid/Medicare implementation contract with the State of Texas, a major government-sector Healthcare customer turned to Synaptix Systems to provide critical Program delivery leadership for the development, testing and deployment of state-specific operating procedures and Medicaid/Medicare processing systems.
This multi-faceted program will deliver “Dual” Medicaid/Medicare services for over 20,000 subscribers. Synaptix has leveraged previous State-level program management experience with this client to model processes that will handle such volume and to deploy application systems that run quickly and effectively. Moreover, Synaptix will continue to utilize trusted project management methods and tools that have been developed over more than a decade of real-world Healthcare sector project deliveries. To-date, Synaptix has successfully helped meet a series of program delivery dates that will support the overall August 2015 launch for expanded Medicaid/Medicare availability. Ultimately, the program will enable our client and the State of Texas to decrease healthcare costs, expand coverage and improve quality of care.
