Synaptix Systems Provides Information Technology Project Management Leadership for $20B Entertainment Industry Customer’s Sales & Marketing Partnership with AT&T

LADERA RANCH, California – May 30, 2009 – Synaptix Systems Inc., a leading strategy and solutions firm that helps clients understand & maximize return on their information technology (IT) and project investments, today announced the successful project management of a key phase in the overall systems delivery of a $20B Entertainment industry client’s joint sales & marketing initiative with AT&T.

Synaptix Systems’ client and AT&T have embarked on a partnership to drive sales of both companies’ products and services via AT&T’s retail stores. Because both companies’ offerings feature a subscription-based service, the co-marketing partnership is somewhat simplified and logical for the consumer and for the companies. The co-marketing arrangement, however, mandates that both partners make a host of changes in their sales, marketing, order management, provisioning, billing and other systems to accommodate the new offering.

Synaptix Systems provided critical Information Technology (IT) Program/Project Management expertise for its Entertainment customer in successfully launching Phase 1 of the partnership effort, which encompassed a series of changes to the Synaptix client’s Order Management System (OMS) and training of 50,000+ customer service representatives (CSRs) on the use of the modified OMS.

Synaptix Systems has now been retained to deliver Program/Project Management services for Phase 2 of the co-marketing initiative, which is targeted for completion in early 2010. This phase will deliver a new system for CSR use; a system that features discrete system components from each partner company and has some “shared” customer relationship management (CRM) functionality.
